summer hotel livignoFollowing its recent renovation, Hotel Alpina has brought back to life the scent of the arolla pine, with the charming atmosphere of a typical mountain Resort. It includes 38 rooms, among which Standard, Comfort and Family rooms (2 double communicating rooms), endowed with all kinds of comforts, some with balcony too, wi-fi, lcd tv and phone. Some design Suites have been added during the winter season 2012. The magic of summertime in Livigno can be especially felt at Alpina Hotel, thanks to its strategic position: right in the centre, yet quiet, in the pedestrian area, directly on the main street. In our enchanting terrace, surrounded by colourful flowers, you can enjoy a drink or have lunch as well as relax before or after a stroll in the city or in the mountains. Our Garden Restaurant suggests the best of the local and Italian tradition, together with an incredibly wide range of choice of wines in our wine cellar. A drink in our bar after dinner is the right choice for those who want to spend the night in good company in our Tavern, with music and a big tv screen.  All the Alpina guests are entitled to the NaturdCard (free service card) that includes organized trips to Val Federia, to the glaciers, to the lakes of Cancano or the famous Bernina Red Train (Unesco 2009), to the Stelvio and the Swiss National Parks as well as night events, music and folk and many more activities during the week. For all the horse lovers the riding club is located only 100 from us, right at the start of the Mottolino lift, which can take you up to the hut. The bike park is only 200 metres away. The brand new Aquagranda wellness centre (20.000 squared metres) can be reached by bus (bus stop only 50 mt from the hotel). Discounted tickets are available to our guests.
